7-Day Risk-Free Trial Period
SellyIndex offers a fully functional 7-day free trial for our Pro and Agency tiers. This allows you to evaluate our unlimited niche scans, score breakdowns, and sourcing smart alerts before you are ever billed.
If you cancel inside your account settings dashboard prior to the conclusion of the 7th day, Stripe will record zero card charges.
Standard Refund Rules
As a general operational rule, charges applied to active accounts following the trial period are non-refundable. Since our system consumes computing nodes to scrap marketplace parameters on demand, we do not perform automated retro-refunds for unused subscription spans.
Exceptional Cases Handled Manually
We aim to be completely reasonable and supportive. Refund evaluation exceptions may be manually processed under select circumstances:
- Technical Failure: System faults preventing your dashboard workspace from completing search tasks or displaying calculated metrics for prolonged periods.
- Billing Anomalies: Double charges directly caused by technical anomalies on our billing platform connectors.
